Proximity to European regulators is our advantage
Being based in Brussels gives us direct access to EU institutions and industry bodies. That speeds up requests to trading platforms and lets us act in the first hours after an incident, when the chance of freezing funds is highest.
We take on cases from private clients as well as companies, funds and family offices.
Honest assessment
If there is no realistic prospect of recovery, we say so immediately and decline the case.
